The Locanda Del Gobbo Nero is Tenuta Moriniello’s Agri Restaurant, which boasts a spectacular dehors to accommodate its customers during the summer season, with a breathtaking view of the estate’s vineyards.
In winter, on the other hand, it hosts its customers in a characteristic rustic room surmounted by a wooden truss, with a warm, rustic yet modern atmosphere, covered in stone.
The Agri Ristorante offers classy hospitality inspired by traditional Tuscan cuisine, with a focus on enhancing the territory of Montaione by adopting a choice of raw materials of the highest quality to enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the dishes on offer, revisited with imagination and originality in combination with our wines.
The Locanda del Gobbo Nero cuisine plays on the flavours and meticulous choice of local, fresh and seasonal ingredients, in a simple and natural way, interpreting tradition without distorting it.
Our Agri Restaurant concept is translated into a few ingredients. We have chosen our territory, selecting raw materials of excellent quality from local producers who preciously safeguard tradition, as we do, while contaminating it with a contemporary world in constant search of new flavours.
All dishes are designed to be perfectly accompanied by the wines and extra virgin olive oil organically produced by the farm.
