Elegant setting with exclusive access and large private parking lot. The Brigante’s cuisine is homemade, but over the years experience in organizing weddings and special events has been gained a remarkable level of quality. Many of the ingredients are KM 0. The vegetables come from the estate’s vegetable garden, the cured meats are produced on the farm’s Cinta Senese pig farm, and the wine is from the family business. Other products are purchased in Tuscany and carefully chosen following rules of quality and wholesomeness.
